SAMANTHA S. WOLF, ESQUIRE is the managing partner of the law firm of Rosenberger & Wolf in Linwood, New Jersey. She has been practicing law for 25 years with a concentration in matters of divorce and family law, real estate, civil litigation and guardianship matters. Samantha is a Past President of the Atlantic County Bar Association, (2014-2015). She serves on the Atlantic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel. Samantha was the President of Atlantic County Community Mediation Services (CMS) in 2010 through 2012, and served on the CMS Board of Directors from 2004 through 2012. Samantha previously served on the New Jersey Supreme Court District I Ethics Committee. In 2006 she was the recipient of The Honorable Benjamin A. Rimm Award as the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year. She received the 2019 Professional Lawyer of the Year Award for Atlantic County from the New Jersey State Bar Commission on Professionalism in the Law. Samantha is a Hofstra University graduate and received her law degree in 1996 from Widener University School of Law. She is currently the President of the Board of Directors of the Milton & Betty Katz Jewish Community Center in Margate, and has served on that Board since 2008. She is the Downbeach Coordinator for the Atlantic City Marathon Race Series. Samantha enjoys running on the boardwalk and spending as much time as possible on the Ventnor beach.
Finally fulfilling a decade-long dream, in 2013 Samantha merged her commitment to the Atlantic County Bar Association and dedication to the JCC/Atlantic City Race Series with her love of running and created the “ACBA Rogue Runners for Charity.” Since 2013 Samantha and over 50 Rogue Runners have participated in 5k, 7k, 11k and Half Marathon distance races to raise over $25,000 for charities, which include the Atlantic City Boys & Girls Club, Atlantic County Field of Dreams, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Faces for Autism, Elton John AIDS Foundation, John Brooks Recovery Center, JCC Youth/Camp Scholarship Program and Jewish Family Services.
